Has anyone used www.amazon.com videohelp for troubleshooting? How reliable is it?

Yeah, I’ve used www.amazon.com videohelp a few times. It’s decent for basic stuff like buffering or login issues, but anything beyond that feels outdated.

I’d recommend checking out JustAnswer or Reddit’s r/PrimeVideo—way more active and up-to-date.

The search on www.amazon.com videohelp is terrible tho, lol. Half the time it pulls up unrelated articles.
