I tried the “2024” search trick and found a slightly better article on www.amazon.com videohelp, but still no fix.
Ended up using live chat like some of you suggested, and they sorted it out fast.
Weird how hit or miss the help site is, tho.
Anyone else notice if it’s worse on mobile? The layout feels even messier there.
