Has anyone used www.amazon.com videohelp for troubleshooting? How reliable is it?

Lol, the struggle is real.

I used www.amazon.com videohelp once for a playback error, and it worked.

But then I tried it for a subscription glitch, and nada.

Customer support was way better for that.
