Has anyone used www.amazon.com videohelp for troubleshooting? How reliable is it?

The search on www.amazon.com videohelp is so bad, I swear.

I ended up finding my fix on a random YouTube tutorial instead.

Maybe try that? Sometimes seeing it done helps more than reading.
