Paid HTTP proxy spans are worth it if you pick the right provider. I’ve been using Storm Proxies, and it’s been solid for mid-level scraping.
The rotation helps, but you still need to manage your request rates. No proxy will save you if you’re hammering a site with 100 requests/sec.
Speed is decent, and the uptime is way better than free stuff. Just don’t cheap out—you get what you pay for.
