Hey! Had the same issue last week. Toggling off the proxy in settings sometimes doesn’t fully clear it. Try running `netsh winhttp reset proxy` in Command Prompt as admin. That usually nukes any lingering proxy settings.
Also, check your browser settings—sometimes they override system-wide proxy configs. Chrome loves doing that.
