Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.
Under "Manual proxy setup," toggle off "Use a proxy server."

Also, check "Automatically detect settings" just in case. Sometimes leftovers mess with things.

If your internet’s still weird, try flushing DNS with `ipconfig /flushdns` in cmd. Works like a charm for me!
