OP here—thanks everyone! Tried the LAN settings trick and flushed DNS, and it’s working now.
Weirdly, Chrome was still acting up until I unchecked the proxy box there too. Didn’t realize browsers had separate settings.
One last thing: will resetting the network mess with my VPN? I use one occasionally and don’t wanna break it.
