If you’re on macOS/Linux, `curl -O` should work, but sometimes the server gives a 403. Try adding a referer header:
`curl -e "https://example.com" -O [URL]`.
Also, if the curl file is huge, `--limit-rate 1M` throttles the download so you don’t hog bandwidth.
