Hey! Had the same issue last week. Turns out my chrome proxy.http settings were conflicting with a VPN extension. Try disabling all extensions first, then re-enable one by one to see which one’s causing it.
Also, check if your system proxy settings match Chrome’s. Sometimes Windows/Mac overrides it.
