How to fix 'chrome proxy.http' issues? Any working solutions? or Why is 'chrome proxy.http' not worki

Thanks for all the tips, guys! Tried flushing DNS and disabling extensions—helped a bit but still getting timeouts.

Gonna test the manual proxy setup next. Btw, anyone know if Chrome’s "Use a proxy server for your LAN" option affects chrome proxy.http globally? Might explain why my changes aren’t sticking.
