Queue-it is brutal, but it *does* work for high-demand stuff. Without it, sites would just crash.

Pro tip: Join the queue early. Like, stupid early. If tickets drop at 10 AM, be in the queue by 9:30.

Also, check if the event has a presale. Saved me a few times.
