How to retrieve data in Google Sheets from another sheet – best methods? or What’s the easiest way to

I’m trying to figure out *how to retrieve data in google sheets from another sheet* without copying and pasting everything manually. It’s such a pain!

I’ve heard about functions like `IMPORTRANGE`, `QUERY`, or even `VLOOKUP`, but not sure which one’s the easiest or best for this.

Anyone got tips on the simplest way to pull data from another tab or even a different spreadsheet entirely?

Also, does `IMPORTRANGE` slow things down if I’m grabbing a ton of data?
