What is web code 403? Why am I getting 'Forbidden' errors on my site? Alternatively, for a slightly differen

Wow, thanks for all the replies! Didn’t realize there were so many things that could cause a 403.

Tried the .htaccess rename trick, and the error went away—so it’s definitely something in there. Gonna comb through it line by line.

Also, checked my file permissions, and they seem fine. Didn’t think about mod_security though—might ask my host about that.

Appreciate the help, y’all! If I’m still stuck, I’ll drop the .htaccess here for a second look.
