Anyone have experience with oxy 30? How does it compare? or What’s the best way to manage pain with o

For me, oxy 30 lasts about 6 hours if I take it on an empty stomach.

But with food, it’s more like 4-5. Tolerance cuts that time in half tho, so keep that in mind.
