Honestly, I’ve had mixed experiences with facebook proxy sites. Some work fine, but others are super slow or just don’t load properly.
If you’re looking for something more reliable, I’d suggest using a VPN instead. I use Surfshark, and it’s been great for accessing Facebook and other blocked sites. It’s also way more secure than most proxies.
