Hey! Manually adding an xml sitemap isn’t too hard once you get the hang of it.
First, upload the sitemap.xml file to your root directory (usually public_html or www). Then, make sure it’s accessible by typing yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml in the browser.
For Google, you *can* ping them (just go to google.com/ping?sitemap=YOUR_SITEMAP_URL), but they’ll usually find it on their own.
If you wanna double-check, use Google Search Console to submit it directly.
