Not just you! I fixed mine by switching from WiFi to Ethernet.

Turns out my router was dropping packets like crazy. If you're on WiFi, try a wired connection to see if it helps.

Also, Cloudflare's debugger (developer.cloudflare.com) can help trace where the timeout happens.
