Proxy settings are your internet’s invisibility cloak lol. They route your traffic through another server so websites don’t see *you*, they see the proxy.

For beginners, I’d say check out NordVPN or ProtonVPN—they’re easier than messing with manual proxies.

But yeah, if you’re just browsing normally, it’s overkill. Only really needed for privacy or bypassing restrictions.
