From my experience, VPNs usually release IP addresses automatically after a session ends or after a set time. Proxies? Not so much.

If you're using a VPN, check the settings—some have a "reconnect on disconnect" option that forces a new IP. For proxies, you might need to manually refresh or use a tool like FoxyProxy to cycle them faster.

Random releases could be due to server maintenance or anti-abuse measures.
