Honestly, ip version 4 and ip version 6 is a messy transition. IPv6 is technically superior—more addresses, better security (built-in IPSec), and no NAT headaches.
But adoption is slow because, well, inertia. ISPs, businesses, and even some home routers are lazy to update.
