What’s the Best Way to Use an ISP Proxy for Better Privacy? or Does an ISP Proxy Actually Hide Your I

So after reading all this, I’m guessing ISP proxies aren’t the move for privacy lol. Gonna try out Mullvad since a few of you recommended it.

Still kinda curious—are there *any* cases where an isp proxy is better than a VPN? Like, for speed or something? Or is it just for niche stuff?
