Not a noob Q at all! I still double-check the curl flag docs sometimes.

-O is great for single files, but if you’re scraping a bunch, -o + a loop is cleaner.

Tool rec: `jq` + curl for API stuff. Lets you parse JSON and save exactly what you need with -o.
