From my testing, isp proxies are *usually* faster, but it depends on the provider.
Some cheap ones route traffic through sketchy nodes and you get weird latency. I’ve had the best luck with GeoSurf—their isp proxies are consistent and rarely get flagged.
For bans, they’re better than datacenter, but not invincible. Rotate frequently and you’ll be fine.
