Honestly, ISP proxy servers are kinda overhyped for privacy. Yeah, they route your traffic, but like you said—your ISP can still see everything!
If you're worried about security, a VPN is way better. At least it encrypts your data. Check out NordVPN or ProtonVPN—super easy to set up, no hardware needed.
Speed-wise, isp proxy servers can slow you down since everything’s going through an extra hop. Not worth it imo.
