Hey! I had the same issue with my proxy in chrome browser. Turns out, Chrome sometimes ignores system-wide proxy settings.
Try going to chrome://settings/system and make sure "Use system proxy settings" is ON. If that doesn’t work, manually set it under chrome://settings/?search=proxy.
Also, some proxies just suck—maybe try switching to a different one? I’ve had good luck with ProxySwitchyOmega extension for better control.
