Hey folks! I’ve been messing around with headers curl commands lately, and I keep getting tripped up on the syntax. Sometimes my headers just... don’t work? Like, I’ll do `-H "Content-Type: application/json"`, but the server acts like it’s not even there.

Am I missing something obvious? Should I be using single quotes, double quotes, or no quotes at all? And what about multiple headers—do I just stack `-H` flags, or is there a cleaner way?

Also, anyone run into weird issues with spaces or special chars in headers curl requests? Spent way too long debugging that yesterday lol.
