Wow, thanks everyone! Didn’t expect so many tips. The `-v` flag is a game-changer—finally saw my headers curl request was sending garbage.

Tried the single quotes on macOS, and it worked! Still weird that double quotes failed though.

Quick follow-up: Anyone know if there’s a way to test headers curl requests without hitting a live server? Like a local echo service or something?
