Wow, thanks everyone! Didn’t expect so many options.
Tried the Python http.server thing first—super easy to get running. Now messing with Squid on an old laptop like a few of you suggested.
Hit a snag with the config file though… anyone know why it’s blocking all traffic by default?
(Also, that Raspberry Pi idea sounds dope—might grab one next paycheck!)
