How Often Should You Rotate IPs for Optimal Performance and Security? or Does IP Rotation Really Help

From my experience, ip rotation is a must for scraping, but pointless for casual stuff.

Cheap proxies = instant bans. Stick with residential or mobile IPs if you’re serious.

PS: Rotating every request is overkill unless you’re dealing with super aggressive anti-bot measures.
