Hey, not sure if this’ll help, but I had similar xbox ip resolve issues and it turned out to be my ISP’s modem.
I bought my own modem (Arris Surfboard) and it fixed everything. Some ISP modems are just trash for gaming.
Also, try resetting your MAC address on the Xbox. Sometimes that clears up weird connection problems.
