Bro, same. Xbox ip resolve is a nightmare.
Have you tried power cycling everything? Unplug your modem, router, and Xbox for like 5 mins. Then plug them back in one by one.
Sometimes the simplest fix works. Also, make sure your Xbox is the only device using that IP. Conflicts can cause drops.
