How to Set Up a Proxy Server in Chrome – Any Step-by-Step Guide? or Why Isn’t My Proxy Server in Chro

Hey! Had this exact problem. My proxy server in chrome was set up right, but Chrome was ignoring it.

Found out it was a Windows setting overriding it. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy and make sure "Use system proxy" is OFF in Chrome.
