Yo thanks everyone for the tips! Tried the LAN settings thing and it worked at first, but then my browser still acted weird.
Ran that netsh command and rebooted—seems fine now. Weird how it was stuck like that.
Quick Q: Could a VPN have caused this? I used one last week and uninstalled it, but maybe leftovers messed things up.
