Ugh, schools are the worst with blocks. To unblock youtube, try YouTube’s mobile site (m.youtube.com)—sometimes the filters don’t catch it.

Also, Psiphon is a free VPN-ish tool that works on school networks. It’s kinda slow, but it gets the job done.
