Mobile proxies are def better than datacenter ones for avoiding bans, but yeah, speed can be a pain.
I’ve been using Bright Data’s mobile proxies for a few months now, and they’re pretty stable. Not the cheapest, but the IPs don’t recycle too often.
Still, if you’re doing heavy scraping, you might wanna mix in some residential proxies too. Just my two cents.
