This is 100% a Group Policy thing if you’re on a work/school PC. Chrome proxy settings get locked down hard.
If `chrome://policy/` shows policies, you’re outta luck unless admin changes it. For personal PCs, try:
- Reinstalling Chrome (backup bookmarks first!).
- Deleting `Preferences` file in Chrome’s User Data folder (Google the path for your OS).
