i found that switching to a different proxy site sometimes works—try chatgptproxy dot com or gptunblock dot net.
also, clear your cache or try incognito mode. weirdly, that fixes it half the time.
as for safety, stick to sites with https and check reviews before logging in. sketchy ones ain’t worth the risk.
