1. Use proxycheck.io to verify anonymity.
2. Run a speed test with speedtest-cli through the proxy.
3. Check if it works with your actual use case (e.g., scraping, browsing).

If it passes those, it’s probably decent. Free tools won’t cut it for heavy use tho.
