Bro, just use Luminati (luminati.io). Yeah, it’s paid, but their proxy setup is *chef’s kiss*. No config nightmares, and they rotate IPs automatically.

For freebies, HideMyAss (hidemyass.com) has a decent list, but watch out for captchas.

Also, if your proxy keeps dropping, check your network stability. WiFi flakes out more than my ex.
