I've been using Proxy SwitchyOmega for Chrome, and it's been solid for me. Super easy to set up, even if you're not super techy.
It lets you switch between proxies fast, and you can even set rules for which sites use which proxy.
For geo-blocked stuff, it works okay, but some sites are smarter and might block proxy IPs. A VPN might be better for streaming, but for basic browsing, this does the job.
