yo, so a proxy is basically like a middleman between you and the internet. it hides your real IP address (that’s like your internet home address lol).
to find what is my proxy on Windows:
- open Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.
- if it says "Use a proxy server," that’s your proxy.
on Mac:
- go to System Settings > Network > pick your connection > Advanced > Proxy.
if nothing’s there, you might not be using one. chill, you’re not being tracked (unless you’re doing shady stuff haha).
