What is my proxy and how do I find it? – Quick Help Needed! or Can someone explain what is my proxy a

omg thanks everyone!! y’all are lifesavers. i checked my proxy settings on Windows (did the cmd thing and LAN settings) and turns out i’m not even using one.

but now i’m curious—if i *did* wanna use a proxy for my project, what’s the easiest free one? saw someone mention HideMyAss but idk if it’s safe.

also, why do some proxies make the internet slower? is that normal or just a bad proxy?

thanks again! 🙌 (no more freaking out lol)
