"Is my proxy server slowing down my internet? How can I fix it?"

Hey guys, so I’ve noticed my internet feels slower since I started using my proxy server. Like, pages take forever to load, and streaming is buffering non-stop.

Is this normal? Or is my proxy server just crappy?

I’ve tried switching servers, but no luck. Maybe it’s the location? Or could it be some settings I messed up?

Any tips to speed things up? Would love some advice before I just ditch the whole thing lol.
