Yo, same issue here. Turns out my proxy server was routing traffic through like 3 different countries lol.
Use a traceroute tool (like WinMTR) to see where the lag’s happening. If it’s the proxy, switch to a closer server or try a different provider.
And yeah, free proxies suck for streaming. Paid ones are way more reliable.
