The problem with torrentz proxies is that they’re constantly getting DMCA’d.

I’ve had decent luck with Torrentz2 (torrentz2.eu), but it’s hit or miss.

Another option is to use a VPN and just access the main torrent sites directly. Less hassle in the long run.
