Wow, thanks for all the replies! Didn’t realize dynamic IP was this hassle-free for most stuff.

Gonna stick with dynamic for now and maybe try No-IP or DuckDNS later if I notice issues.

My buddy was definitely overselling static IPs lol. Appreciate the real-world advice! 🍻
