Nah, proxies are garbage for streaming. They add hops, which means more lag. If you’re buffering, a proxy server youtube setup will probably make it worse.
Try lowering the video quality manually or use a VPN with a dedicated IP. At least that way you’re not sharing bandwidth with a ton of other users.
