Kinda depends what you mean by "change." A VPN hides it, but your actual IP from your ISP stays the same.

If you want a *new* IP, try releasing/renewing your DHCP lease. On Android:

1. Go to Wi-Fi settings
2. Long-press your network > Modify
3. Change IP settings to Static, then back to DHCP

Might work if your router assigns new IPs!
