How Do I Use the ip renew Command to Refresh My Network Connection? or What’s the Correct Way to Run

Had this exact problem last month!

Tried everything until I realized my PC was set to a static IP in the adapter settings. Whoops.

Go to Network Settings > Adapter Options > IPv4 and make sure it’s set to "Obtain an IP automatically." Then try the ip renew command again.
